this is a funny thread but its going to be Locked. Its only Monday and the week is going to get even crazier. This site is going to be a comedy site for the remaining week.

I agree with you though. Yao just needs to learn how to say No and know when its time to take a seat and chill out and rest instead of going hard when he knows if he is seriously hurt. There are times when to be brave and a warrior and there are times when you need to be smart.

The Rockets simply played him too many minutes a game. They had no control over the CBA, but they did have control over that, but they couldn't resist keeping him on the floor.

CBA won't buy it. In China patriotism comes before profit, while it's the opposite in the West

lol clearly too many minutes considering all nba starters play about 10% longer per game.

maybe they could have just made him a 6th man...

Or maybe they should have drafted Amare instead of him. Amare would have went better with Steve Francis and Mobley considering the style of game they played.

both sides can blame each other for overusing Yao. Yao belongs to China, as well as the Rockets. Let's do not go down this road.

You'll have to explain that one since yao never played big time starter minutes and since the Rockets never made it past the first round until this year.

Robbie, basketball player play.....that is what they do, even during the offseason.

    Hakeem at Fonde for instance.

Yao is just big, this is unfortunate, especially for Yao.

Chinese Government doesn't give a crap about their people. They call Yao back to play in meaningless games (like Asian Cup, etc.) and fail to see how his success has far more potential for the future of Chinese Basketball. Short-sighted to say the least. What makes it worse is they don't even need Yao to win in those Asian tournaments.

My Chinese friend said the government just wanted to make "sure" they win. Fu**** r****ds!

I'm gonna post a warning that will probably be ignored.

I will leave it open for now, but you start in with political stuff, Ill lock it so quick your head will spin.

for the record....I think this thread is stupid.
