Just met Joey Dorsey (plus some information)

So...more or less you are saying you know more about how the team feels than Joey Dorsey because he wasn't constantly with the team. As opposed to you, who has probably never even said as much as a "Hello" to a Rocket. Interesting.

It always amazes me when someone will specifically ignore and refute any and all signs pointing to a conclusion they don't want to hear or believe. I mean seriously, Joey Dorsey doesn't know the team dynamic and news because he isn't always there.....give me a break.

 

I don't know why some people are acting like what Joey said isn't true or have some merit. They are all throwing up the same weak excuses like he couldn't know what management thinks and acting as if he started naming specific moves we were making.


If you take the time to actually sit and read the actual questions and answers you will see that the things he said are the opinions and personal beliefs anyone on a team might have. The OP gave no one any reason to believe Joey was acting like he had any input or knowledge of the team management. He simply agreed Ron and McGrady don't get along and he doesn't think it is likely McGrady will be back. Period.

I just want to point out that Joey Dorsey probably heard about Landry's negotiations and probably knows how hard it is to get overpaid by Morey.

 

Rep points given and nice story. I hope Dorsey pans out, but realistically, it sounds like he needs to worry more about whether he'll be shipped out as opposed to TMac or Ron.

for those of you who are asking how joey would know...let me give you this example...if he goes out with landry one night, landry may mention to him something that went down between tmac and ron, or something ron said about tmac, and vice versa....that could happen anywhere he meets with any rocket, like at practice.....

as for how does he knows they can't co-exits on the court? Well if he knows ron always talks **** about tmac's playing style or tmac talks about ron's, like nonstop and it really gets on their nerves, then i think he can conclude from that they'll never be happy playing together because enither is going to change their game....

don't we all find out thing about friends or co-workers without being present? It's not like he's talking about the Les Alexander's personal life or something, the players talk a lot and hang out, so you can be sure they notice things like that..

 

He wasn't in the D-League all year. He worked out with the Rockets training staff to improve his offensive game.

 

Apologies to the OP. So far the off season has me a bit edgy brother man. I want Yao & T-Mac back and healthy as well as Rubio running the show. I'm a hopeless dreamer, I know. No reason to bring any negativity to your thread though.
