I think he has a bad hammy. Those things can take a while to heal.

At the same time, hustle was never really in his dictionary.

well, now (at least in that instance) it looks like he's running hard up to the point where the throw is in the air and he knows he isnt beating it out. baby steps.

He exhibited the same amount of effort when he was completely healthy. He is just lazy. He can mash, so therefore he gets away with it. He should be disciplined.

I wish I could see the games, but I call him El Fat Ass from the few games I get to see a year. He's a good player, but I won't miss him if he ever gets traded.

Yea, I hear you. If anything, it's just a little worse than usual right now because of his hamstring. Carlos is lazy though. He's basically Manny-lite.

Aside from the laziness, I just wish Carlos would take more walks. He has a terrific eye but seems determined not to walk at times.

Our bullpen seems to be fairly awesome despite having so many blown saves this season.

Daddy Puma represents the game-winning run.

    No GIDP please, Pudge.

I'd be calling for the bunt as well... a GIDP would be so deflating right now.

Still can't believe we're not bunting. Greinke is out of the game, we have a rested and deeper bullpen, and we're at home.

    Play for the tie.

    Great managing.

    Sheesh.

The only good thing about that AB is that it keeps the bat in Matsui's hand... and he has been relatively hot as of late.

Other than that, I can't recall a season where so many obvious bunt situations arose, and we chose to ignore all of them... only to have nearly all of them come back to bite us in the ass.

It's gonna get ugly around here if we don't score.

Yeah, I remember the last time we were in a situation and he hit right into it.

Looks down it's going to come down to the last batter...
