With the recent trade by the Spurs...He can be the next trevor ariza

Spurs don't need him unless Ginobili gets hurt. With Hill, Mason Jr., Jefforson, and Ginobili taking SF/SG minutes...I doubt the Spurs sign him.

We can get him cheap and he is a good defender

    Thoughts?

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Udoka on either side of the ball, really.

You OBVIOUSLY have not seen him on the court at all. Udoka guards 2s and 3s and, in a pinch, some 4s. He does NOT guards point guards. He's a good defender with a decent offensive game and a good signing for cheap.

I had to choke down Barry being a former Spur. There are plenty of other options.

We need someone who attacks the basket, or backs up Yao, not another defender. Besides, if SA doesn't think he's worth signing, why would we?

Oh, Kudos to SA for pulling off the Jefferson trade. That definitely makes them more scary.

Seems like everyone can be the next Trevor Arriza in these threads. He's become like James Posey last year.

Ariza looks as if he's grown. Those measurements are from when he came into the league at 19 so theres a big chance he got a little taller

Why all the Ariza hype? Dude is seriously overrated. I'll take the current Battier over the current, future, past or whatever Ariza.

No, I think he is about 6'8". His wingspan is a whopping 7'2". That's the difference.

He will be 32 by the start of the season, I think it's a bit late for him to become a star.
