When reading about this divorce revelation, I scoffed at what Kate said at the end of the show. "The show MUST go on!" indicating that they will continue being on the show. I think it's enough...let the kids live their lives without cameras being around. I'm sure they have enough money to live comfortably now. Why drag this mess out? I'm sure it's HARD to not love the perks of the show but geez, the kids will have issues if they continue doing this. With that said, I wonder if Kate is really a b**** like the media is portraying her...once said that her kids called her by the nanny's name.
If you watch The Soup like I do, an unfortunate side effect is that you end up watching parts of all of these shows you don't care to watch.
I first caught a glimpse of their place when they were on American Chopper recently. I don't see how they can afford that spread without the money they make on the show.

I hope this can officially kill the "I've never heard of them/ who the heck is ____" post. It's so annoying. If you don't know who or what something is google it. If you don't care what something is STFU and don't post in a thread about this particular topic. I understand, these comments make perfect sense in a real world conversation. You can't always pull up a wiki page in 20 seconds and have a short description of someone's career. The rant doesn't really pertain to this thread as it is essentially bashing this reality show to begin with.
Well I know who they are now but up until a few weeks ago I didn't. The only reason I didn't start a thread is because I though nobody would care. I guess I was wrong.

I have seen bits of the show every now and then. All I can say is that when you look at the way she treats him when the cameras are rolling, you have to wonder how bad it is when the cameras are not around. Of course, that does not mean it was ok for him to cheat (if he did).
I didn't know who these people were or what the show was about until I Google'd it a few minutes ago. Granted, I did hear about some lady with 8 kids a while back... but I didn't pay muc attention. And another thing, what the **** is so fascinating about a lady with 8 kids? There are several of them out there. Maybe they should make a reality TV show about a single mother struggling to feed her 8 kids. I guess that's just not appealing enough. Pathetic.
