    Basically, this guy squeezes his hands together, producing those air-induced fart noises and plays tunes with his HANDS. I have never seen anything like this. You think you've seen it all.... His facial expressions, amazingly, possibly steal the show.

    I only wish that were the case with me...

    Is it wrong that - even as I turn 40 later this year - I still laugh HYSTERICALLY at farts?

    If I recall correctly, that guy used a bicycle pump to blow air into his hand. I remember him playing "Sweet Georgia Brown" this way.
