While attending a University Of Montana b-ball game I got the chance to see Brad "Big continent" Millard. There has been some talk about him around the league. The guy definetly has size 7'4 350. And he showed some D, after blocking 5 shots. But he lacked stamina, which could be developed. His range was about 15 ft, and he showed some nice around the basket moves. I think we have the 38 pick in the draft. Trying him as a project might be worth it at 38.

I've never seen this guy play, but when I read about his sheer size, my interest was peaked. Is he just real fat like 2 Sandwhiches or Stanley Roberts, or is he actually in game shape? One thing I also read about him was he's got chronic foot problems like the kind that has pretty much halted that promising Cleveland PF's (foreign player, can't remember his name) career. It's probably going to scare some teams from drafting him supposedly. I am interested in him though. What was his game like? It would be kind of cool to have the only guy bigger than Shaq in the NBA again. Did he show you enough where you thought he could make it in "this league?"

Well, he is not fat, he weighs alot but most of it seems muscle. Of the 40 min game he played about 32 min. He scored like 18. I think that if he could shed like 30 pounds, and develop his stamina he could play in the league.

he's extremely oft-injured.....but, once when he was a sophomore and Duncan was a senior, he dominated Duncan, if I remember right, because of his size advantage. There was an ESPN The Mag article on him a few months ago.

By the way-the Cleveland PF, is their center you're talking about. Zydrunas Ilgauskas (you get the idea)....unless you're talking about their fat PF, aka Shawn Kemp?

Geez, the guy has a size 23 shoe. His foot is about the size of a little kid. LOL! His nickname is "Big Continent". About 2 or 3 years ago he was thought to be a lottery pick because he has ridiculous size AND skills. He's definitely not a Mark Eaton- or Manute Bol-type. But all the lottery talk was before his foot injuries, of course. One of the articles below says he'll probably be another Shawn Bradley; let's hope not.

Here are some articles on him:
