not sure why i'm bringing this up now, but it's been bugging me. somehow in this postseason, dwight howard has a PER (26.2) that is almost equal to hakeem's PER in the '95 playoffs (26.7) when he was tearing everybody up. even though howard isn't afraid to score in the low double digits. PER favors stars on slow-paced teams too much.

was it a "mama there goes that man" or "knockdown shooter? "
maybe im tired of him but he sounded very monotone tonight and even jvg doesnt sound into it.

lakers have the most luck of any team. the pau gasol trade to yao ming going down in the series. its incredible. I gurantee if KG didnt get hurt that wouldve been a 2 in a row.

There is now a Chinese player with a ring. If the Lakers manage to keep this team together and get a young PG to take over for Fisher they may have a dynasty there in LA.

Is Rafer going to go public again after this game saying he deserves an extension?

Or will he just whine about his playing time?

Maybe he'll be smart and do neither...

U'r childish about NBA. After the Magic lost Gm 4, it doesn't matter who SVG plays anymore. The Lakers are going to close it out.

Lakers in 5. Did I say it b4 the series start? I did.

Well, it really all depends on the day of reckoning. Well... year of reckoning, 2010. If Lebron gets another All-Star (or fringe AS), then whatever team he's on is the next dynasty.

The Celtics with healthy KG is the only Eastern conference team that can compete with the top western teams.
