India and Australia having hellish time getting on at the moment. First the whole Harbajhan/Symonds race deal, and now you might of seen your countrymen living here in Australia are getting rubbished (verbally/physically abused) by some idiot Australians.
yeah. it all started off with that Harbajan/Symo tussle. Symo's career went haywire after that monkey issue. terrible. so much talent going down the drain. and Harbajan is a jackass.period and the Indian Media is going crazy over here. Its 24 x 7 australia-india racism issues on tv now.. I have a few friends in melbourne. i am a lil worried.. are those attacks actually race motivated? or is it common for aussies to get whacked by street thugs?
Hustler, wander through the CBD here in Melbourne at the moment and anybody could get beaten up.. Just seems like everything is a little out of control.. we had a guy get stabbed by i think 4 guys a couple of weeks ago when he went to the aid of some random stranger.. terrible.. Anyway back to the cricket. Which is just as terrible, when will Australia pick a decent 20/20 side, we keep picking our 1 day/test team and think they will be competitive.. Stupidity.. But in better news the Poms lost to the powerhouse cricketing nation that is the Netherlands..
Australia still don't seem to be taking this form of the game seriously. We should have just sent over players who are playing the game on a consistent basis. A return of Warne, Gilchrist & Hayden would have been brilliant.

This competition is a non event. really....everyone gets a trophy in Cricket these days. Its ridiculous! As for the Indians going off, in Sydney they were upset because Lebanese people were apparently targeting them. Its all a bit stupid really.....who targets Indians?
Can I just say, Chris Gayle is a freak. That dude is gonna go down as one of the all time greats. He takes me back to that Viv Richards 'I don't give a flying ***** where or how you bowl to me, I am dictating terms here' type attitude.. His powerhouse hitting is off the chain.

Terrible it is.. the whole image of Australia is gettin tarnished big time.. and the government has just lost millions of dollars in revenue from prospective Indian Students.. back to cricket I still think Aus have a decent T20 squad.. just that they are lost and don't have a good game plan to execute.. and another problem is the lack of a quality spinner...
Aren't you form Toronto? There are enough Indo-Paks in that city to make cricket the second most popular sport.
