His skill set definitely will improve the rox, but if his grumbling that he have to share the lane with shaq, you really wonder what does it meant when he have to share the ball with yao.

Don't compare Ron to Amare , Ron maybe hot headed sometime but he play with passion. On the other you hand you have a guy given the nickname STATS.

Getting him would be great but it would definitely cause the Rockets to part with major pieces ( young pieces ) Barkley trade all over again.

Why I keep Scola over Landry?

Scola's game doesn't rely much on athleticism so that will prolong his career. Second we're pretty much build on a core of vets that's around their 30's and we're build to win in a couple year away from now before Yao's body gives in and rebuilding teams will probably want to get younger anyway.

The ROX are set in PF and PG. Having a long athletic back up CENTER will solve all their size problem and can possibly play with YAO at the same time. our main problem was the CLOSER. We need a heck of a guard that can stretch the floor and attack the rim and I think the TMAC contract is the answer to this need.

We should not use TMAC's valuable contract to repair a non existing problem. we know for sure that we need a backup center for Yao and a replacement for TMac if he is not able to play at a high level again so thaese are the things that should be addressed.
