    Kaka joins Madrid for £59m to help AC Milan

    Real Madrid's newest signing Kaka has revealed he joined the Spanish club in order to help AC Milan overcome their financial difficulties.

    The 27-year-old Brazilian is believed to have signed for around £59m ($94.05m), which beats the world record transfer fee of £46.7m ($75.3m) paid by Real to Juventus for Zinedine Zidane in 2001. Although, due to fluctuations in currency exchanges, Zidane still cost more in Euros, at €73m, than Kaka, at €68m.

    Looks like Real Madrid plans on going for Cristiano Ronaldo next. Barcelona also looks to add Ibrahimovic from Inter...many more rumors out there...but I really hope these 2 go through.

    This is not good for Sneijder and Van der Vaart. Hopefully at least one of them (Probably Van der Vaart) leaves so he can get playing time with his club team.

    I don't get why they got so many Dutch players! Same thing happened at Barcelona 10 years ago... not good. We need them to get some playing time!

    Exactly especially Van der vaart and Sneijder shouldn't play for the same team.

    So he has to wait until a player with THAT name is transferred to another team for a record salary in order for him to get "KAKA" on the back of a Jersey he can buy? :rolleyes:

    Like it's difficult to ask "Where are some football/soccer stores in Houston?"...?
