I want to say that last summer, as Yao was preparing for the Olympics, it was said that he needed a shoulder surgery but had put it off for this off season so it would not affect his chances of playing for China. We all know he broke his foot and rehabed in time to play but I remember reading or hearing this on the radio or web. Does anyone else remember this? If so when or will he have it done? Anyway Rockets managment can be contacted and asked about this?
Actually Yao do have a shoulder injury. I remember during last off season his doctor said that if yao is playing baseball he would immediately have to have a surgery.
