Nooo... RIP But, man, it's been so long since the Titanic sunk. Is there still any remains left? If there are, I think it's about time to take it out and put it in like a museum or something where people can see it.
Awesome. More soup for me. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/OuSdU8tbcHY&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/OuSdU8tbcHY&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Oh yes: the Seawise Giant/Knock Nevis, a former supertanker which I believe now is a floating storage space for oil, is the largest ship ever made. Stats From Wikipedia: The Titanic was about 900 ft long and had a volume of ~45,000 tons. The Seawise Giant was about 1500 ft long and had a volume of ~565,000 tons.
Thank god she's gone! We can finally put this chapter behind us. I am so tired of people constantly talking about the Titanic.
Wow. You guys really amaze me. Of course there are remains left. Cetrainly the entire ship can't be "taken out". An attempt was made to salvage a large portion of the hull, but efforts were not successful. No, the Titanic is not considered the largest ship ever. If you're talking about cruise ships (not commercial ships), modern cruise ships can be a LOT bigger than the Titanic. Oasis of the Seas is five times bigger than the Titanic.
