    That's a weak excuse.

Yao does worse when ANY players front him.

Just give props where props are due. Dwight has improved vastly since his rookie year.

Mike Brown really runs out of tricks. The Cavs offense in the majority time of the game is 1-on-1.

It's stupid to say Howard has no offensive game. But at the same time, Big Z is the best matchup he could possibly hope for. The 3-point shooting of the Magic have caused Mike Brown to let Howard operate one-on-one. It will be A LOT harder for Howard against the Lakers. For one, I'd bet a million dollars the Magic won't shoot 3-pointers as well in the Finals.

That's the r****dness of the Magic. Basically 21 pts lead, u have the game won. But you need to run the clock down in your possessions instead of chucking up shots with 11 secs left on the shot clock. There are just not enough possessions.

Lakers have longer arms in Ariza, Odom, Pao and Bynum

If howard isn't the best center in basketball, I don't know who is.

he is the overall best center in basketball. yao remains the better offensive player. but as you can see, dwight isn't a "scrub" offensively that most on here actually believes.

    Can't agree anymore.
    Don't mention Yao.
Yao's energy even can't last for playoff finals.
This is what I most worried about.

I gotta agree... as hard as it is to say that as Rockets fan, Dwight is the superior player overall.

Why doesn't it have anything to do with Yao? Howard couldn't dominate against Perkins, neither could he against the physical frontline of the Pistons last year.

Z and Big Ben so over the hill. Varegao is too small and not strong enough.

I don't believe most people here think Howard is a scrub offensively. It's just that there is a vocal minority that like to attack him in an effort to prop up Yao.

This was the season that Howard passed by Yao. Shouldn't be any question now.

It's amazing how good Dwight has done at the free throw line this series compared to his career numbers. He really concentrated at the line.
