Lakers want to play Magic a lot more They get Homecourt They're not afraid of Hedo/Rashard They play against a group of slower PG's
It must hurt Cavs' fans. Look, after having as dominate season as they had, they will probably have to end it only in Wester Cenference Finals. I know the game is not over yet, but is it a DISSAPOINTMENT. I feel bad for theb, especially for fans but I am all the way behind Orlando.
I don't see the Cavs making a comeback unless Orlando goes stupid. The Cavs interior defensive strategy has sucked all series ... The sixers and celtics did a better job defending Howard. He's just getting to any spot he wants and he doesn't have to worry about defending anyone one on one in the post.
I am well aware of that stat However, Home Court means everything and if PJ's teams win the first game he's on the way to 44-0.
Eh.... that's just an opinion that they aren't afraid of Hedo/Rashard... you could say the same thing if they were playing the Cavs. They'll be afraid of Dwight... if they aren't about Hedo or Rashard. And then the other thing, slower PG's... well the Cavs aren't much faster than the Magic... so it'd be the same either way.
Even to the team with the (2nd or 3rd, I forget) road record in the regular season? The Rockets and Nuggets have taken a game in Staples already... it doesn't really seem that hard then if two average/below average road teams took a game in Staples.
They better run a bunch of those Kobe/LeBron puppet commercials in the 2nd half because it's over. Maybe they have a plot for a Dwight Howard puppet to run LeBron off.
Reason for Orlando's success Obvious I know. Now being that Dwight isn't in foul trouble, Orlando should win this. Orlando supporting cast showed up, as usual, but LeBron's seem to be looking for a better script. I wouldn't be surprised if the Cavs come out stronger, but Dwight can play longer than he did the whole series against Cleveland since he only has 1 foul. This should be interesting
If the Magic had a healthy Jameer,it would have gotten really interesting. The Lakers would still have a big edge with Bryant. Orlando's defense isn't good enough to bother them. I expect them to fight harder than the Nuggets but LA should win in 6.
