This isn't new news. From what I remember from the original Abu Ghraib hearings it was mentioned that on the CD that was provided to investigators consensual sex between prison guards, rape and sexual assaults wwere on it.
That's correct. I'm not sure where all the smug incredulity of certain posters in this thread is coming from.
This is only newsworthy because of the pictures. People can say it 1,000,000 times and people mostly ignore it, but once people see pictures ...the game is changed. For example, Abu Ghraib itself comes to mind. Torturing prisoners is okay ...until the public see pictures.
