actually, i think Sweet Lou 4 2's logic is not completely right on this matter. if the lakers win, their free agents might be willing to re-sign for less because they want to stay with a championship team. plus the front office will experience more pressure to keep the group together, because this team will be viewed as the right combination.

on the other hand, if the lakers lose, they might let odom walk more willingly if he demands a substantial salary.



plus kobe should never be regarded as anything but a +1, so go cavs or magic!
