Sasha showing emotion because Odom scored. Shows how useless he's been when he can't even celebrate his own score.
are vujacic and farmar having a contest or something? and can the lakers get an f'ing bounce? their blocks all go back to denver, they have rebounds bounce off their hands all over the place (odom would have had a layup if the ball didn't hit the foam on the backboard) and they seem to always have it slip out of their hands in the worst way to make sure a fastbreak is started instead of it going out or something. it's not going your way when a team misses a dunk and ends up getting a 3.
must be why they have twice as many free throws right now. all the calls they're not getting that is.
there have also been about 4 times when the guy with the ball was pinned under the basket with at least 2 lakers behind him and the guy just tried to force the ball up through them. you can't just get that call every time when the D is just putting its hands up. it's not like they're free throw-starved otherwise. and the lakers still hate gasol for some reason.
How is that a loose ball foul on NeNe when clearly he had the ball and was running when Fisher ran into him?
see, people love to praise ariza in all these battier/ariza/pietrus type arguments for every time he makes a big steal or every time he pump-fakes a 3 and dunks it. basically, for all the "tangible" good things he does. but then they ignore the numerous times carmelo has just blown by him because he won't back off, or running over a pick-setter when they're in the penalty or committing a silly blocking foul at halfcourt in the penalty or bad passes he throws. all these aggressive but stupid things hurt just like the aggressive dunks help. maybe there's a reason the rockets are significantly better with battier on the floor this season and the lakers are even with ariza on the court. ::sigh:: fisher can't knock down 2 wide-open 3's but 24% shooter anthony carter can.
