People say he didn't rehab properly...but his knee NEVER HEALED. Do you understand that?

And where are all the threads about people calling people lazy on this board prior to the 2008-2009 campaign? No one complained until his play started falling off.

JVG never called T-mac lazy...never, and he to this day loves T-mac.

Do you think JVG is the type to like a lazy player?

I'm just tired of this T_mac is lazy b.s. Is he bad with words? Absolutely. I mean, who the heck doesn't play their hardest when you win 21 games in a season?????? Did anyone play hard?

I can't argue this anymore. I'm tired. And I'm going to bed.

well if the Rockets don't make the 2nd round or farther, then the usage of electricity and water and the pollution of all the people driving to Toyota Center would not exist.

    He's being green. He's like a Prius.

Tmac was JVG's crutch when it came to offense. The day JVG would have criticized Tmac, he would lose him, and all of Rocket's offense. A big reason why Rockets lost pretty much every game without Tmac, before Adelman came in to diversify the offense. Gundy knew this and kept stoking Tmac's ego.

You dont believe that Rokcets offense under Gundy was very reliant on McGrady? Go check out the Rockets record with and without McGrady.

You dont think offense has diversified with Adelman on board?

You dont think Gundy, as shrewd as he is, was aware of what happened to Doc Rivers in Orlando once he started to question McGrady? Gundy, as well as most, knew Tmac has a fragile ego. Criticize him and you might lose him.

    It's not that hard.....really.

Having ron artest as a viable option was the reason the rox could win without tracy. Take artest off and roll out the squad minus tracy and they probably play .300 ball as they did when he was hurt. Why cant people move on from tracy?

Whats there to like about him in the 1st place?

He's a heartless loser that blames on others for his failures. Is it all his fault? Not really. He's getting a chance to play for a contender and he's just giving up already. Somebody needs to update what happened to the McGrady-Carter cousins, because in the past 3-4 years they looked like they got F'd up.

If Adelman designed the JVG play to give the ball to Artest every single time down the court and let him make the plays, we would not have gone on to second round and 7 games with the Lakers. Adelman's offense is diversified.

You should ask the OP that question.

Right now is a really really bad time to make comparison between McGrady and Lebron on just about any facet.

You sure about his knee not healing properly? Most news I heard was that he didn't have enough strength... then out of nowhere, he gets this surgery. I'm questioning what's really going on? Didn't he go to another doctor in another state specifically? And that doctor also say he just didn't have strength?

I am sure we had tons of Trade Tracy threads before 08/09. If we didn't, well personally... I was willing to give Tracy a chance. What is a fan suppose to do? Tracy's constant failure at our expectation is frustrating. His words even makes it worse.

There was no reason for Jeff to call out Tracy. Tracy was our go-to-guy. Just like how Mike can't call out LeBron, Phil can't call out Kobe, and Doug Collins can't call out Jordan. You call out a star player: you either lost your job or you are potentially just wasting the season by ruining the chemistry.

    P.S. Tinman, I don't live in Korea. I wasn't even born there. :D

NOBODY in the media INCLUDING Tmac's #1 defender, JVG, compares Tmac to LeBron.

I know its diversified, but having a legit guy like artest helps out alot even if he's not scorching. You can divirsify all you want, but take artest off the team and tracy injured and the team doesn't even make the playoffs.

I few games back someone on the Cavs took an important late second shot from inside the paint, I think it was Mo Williams? And Lebron had the lane open, he could have had an offensive rebound attempt. Instead he stood and watched... The shot fell. Luckily
