I'm interested in a Lakemont home located in Richmond, TX. But I'm not sure how to gauge a fair price. I know you have to find out what other houses around it are selling for, but I don't know how to access that information. It might be a little higher because there is a lake view in the backyard. Other than my realtor, is there a site/resource that has the information available?
