Dirk has no worries if that woman is REALLY pregnant, which I highly doubt it. That woman won't stand a chance for the child's custody with Dirk's high power lawyer team.
They never said that. Dirk's lawyer says that they said that, even though it would be illegal for them to tell Dirk whether or not they administered a test. They said they would only administer the test in special circumstances, but that's not hard to achieve. Given that she's still claiming pregnancy, I have to think she is, in fact, pregnant. She can't hope to fake it indefinitely. So, if she's not pregnant, she must have realized by now (or else had her court-appointed lawyer or cellmate tell her) that she's only making her situation worse by getting caught in a lie. I suppose there's still a chance she is lying and a total drama queen and will hold out until it's completely ridiculous, in which case we'll get a lot of fireworks.
Dannn, a quarter to a third of the money Cuban paid Dirk just went to that woman. Cuban must be pissed.
