For me, its Carmelo Anthony. I know he can be a knucklehead sometimes but no one is more dangerous from every spot on the floor. The guy has some of the best post moves in the game, he can shoot from outside and he can drive in both directions. He can just light it up and is efficient doing it.

Come to think of it, I didn't take into account passing ability. Hmmm ... maybe LeBron ...

Kobe Bryant, not very close but the 2nd guy is probably Melo or maybe even Dirk.

I would go with Kobe though, LeBron is not Top 5 in this. But he's still arguably the best player in the world, so I doubt he cares.

It wasn't so long ago when TMac could've been considered for it. (Or at least second). Oh how time passes.

In this postseason, LBJ is averaging 35, 9, and 7 (55 % fg)

Lebron is the best offensive & all-around player.

If it wasn't for the 3-point shooting, I'd say it was Wade. I guess what I mean is that he makes the most difficult shots look easy, thus he's the most skilled? But, you know, you can make an argument for Bryant, James, Anthony, etc. I mean, shoot, you could even make a case for Yao in terms of skills such as free throw shooting, field goal percentage, etc. Yao might be among the most talented and skilled- now, as far as most athletic, of course not. But, matched up equally athletic-wise against any foe, he's the most skilled offensive player.

    Gotta be Kobe.

    Watch Kobe's game vs LeBrons.

Houston Rocket fan? Kobe is to Lebron as Aaron Brooks is to Kyle Lowry.

Kobe and Aaron love jumpers...I would pick Kobe to take the final shot in a tie game for me, with the clock winding down.

LeBron and Kyle love to drive it in and finish with power/draw a foul in the paint.
I would use LeBron and Kyle for 3 3/4 of the entire game.

Hate to say it but Dirk's gotta be up there.

    Top 5

    Bryant
    LBJ
    Wade
    Dirk
    Melo

LeBron is the most talented and skilled to me simply because there's more to offense than scoring. LeBron can get you assists and rebounds as well as drop 30 on you. Nobody offensively is as well-rounded or unstoppable. I fear Kobe more on a last second shot, but I fear LeBron more the other 47:59.

Offensively, still gotta be Kobe. The guy has ridiculous range, ability to rise and just hit his lethal midrange jumpshot, and get to the bucket almost at will.
