Rosario is older and has pitched at almost all the levels of the orginization, so I think he should be brought up first. As for the Sarloos Maddux comparison, Maddux is one of those guys who's in the elite class. So to ask him to have a career like that is asking a lot. I'v never seen him pitch, but he has been succesful so far according to those stats. Anybody ever watch him pitch? How does he win? Is he an intelligent pitcher, or can he still dominate AA guys with 88 mph stuff?
