Denver in 6 because the Rockets did all the heavy lifting for them. Kobe looks old and tired and the rest of the team has to be drained as well. And they get no rest. Denver Nuggets, you're welcome.
Laker in 5 or 6. For all those said Denver is the best team in the West, you don't know what you are talking about. Lakers are good enough to survive us, not because they suck.
He's going to have to guard him at some point when they bring smith in the game. I said after the 1st couple of games, denver could take La out and i've thought of La as the favorite most of the season. Denver has gotten better and they play hard all the time. They have big's that are mobile and tough as well as some explosion around the basket.
Nuggets in 6. Bynum and Gasol won't have the luxury of facing 6-6 Centers down low. Instead they'll see a heavy dose of Nene, KMart, and Birdman. Expect Billups to abuse the Laker point guards often.
As good as AB and Lowry are, if Fisher was having trouble guarding them, Chauncey Billups is gonna give him hell. And when Farmar comes in, Billups will post the living daylight out of him. I think the Nuggets are more physical than the Rockets (albeit less aggressive at times), and if Melo can cancel out Kobe, I think the Nuggets take this one. We saw it against Dallas, Dirk came out blazing but was overworked and got too tired to keep on going. I think the same thing happens to Gasol. Nuggets in 6.
I really don't know...Nuggets in 6 or Lakers in 7. Should be an entertaining series, I'm looking forward to it.
Lakers in 7. If the Lakers keep their focus they are still the most talented team in the NBA. Home court will again prove huge in their favor. And the league is pushing for a Cavs-Lakers final. You know it. I know it. David Stern knows it. And the refs know it.
You wont beat DD! You wont!! Seriously, I think you create more threads than anyone else though....
Lakers in 6
Cavs win the championship most likely
On one hand I'd root against the Lakers in any series that's not played against Dallas. On the other hand, I kind of want them to get to the finals. As long as they get destroyed by Cleveland and LeBron, that is. That would put an end to all the discussions about who is better and whether Kobe is better than Michael.
That Billups trade was too huge I think Denver has a very good chance of taking this in 6, it's kind scary to think about it
I am interested to see if Vujacic can frustrate JR smith like he did to Von Wafer, JR smith can get his shot off against anyone, but I guarentee Vujacic makes him take difficult shots. Lakers in 6
Lakers in 7. I really don't want this dream season to end. Honestly, I can see Ariza on Anthony and the Lakers putting Kobe on Chauncey. Fisher is horrible on D, and Dahntay Jones is horrible on O.
Keep THE STREAK* Alive: Go Nuggets! * No team that has eliminated the Rockets in playoffs has gone on to win an NBA Finals championship
