the lakers will think they've won the series and come out flat and lazy.

the rockets will play loose, with nothing to lose.

i expect the lead to be cut to single digits in the 3rd.

Exactly, that's why I am talking about next season. AB needs more freedom, it doesn't matter with Lowry.

Fair enough. I think AB will win, but I am for both of them...they are our teammates.

Guys, we're only down by 20 (hard to believe you can qualify that with "only" but still). L.A. has given up huge leads in the playoffs to the Jazz, so it's not impossible.

We just have to start pulling the trigger.

I disagree with this logic because with Yao you need the best 3 point shooter in. That without question is AB.

If dorsey is able to give anything, he needs to be put in along with scola.

    Dorsey
    scola or landry
    Wafer
    Brent
    Brooks

We gotta do better under the basket. LA is completely killing us on the boards 31 to 19 with 8 OREB thrown in the mix.

I blame Rick for this - why everyone is so tight? We have nothing to lose but everything to gain! Rick wants this win against PJ too much, which infects our players.

I think that they lakers will come out to finish the rockets morale. If they can hold on for a few minutes and show the lakers that they are still wanting to win the game (some hustle plays would help a lot) and then prove a point, winning is a possibility. Even being down by 15 entering the 4th quarter, I'll still believe that the rockets can pull this one.

Rick·I dont know·Aldeman is the most overated coach in this league.
His offense has been worse than JVG.

Fire him or trade Yao. Hope Morey can make his decision soon. It's a matter of life and death of the Rox. NO KIDDING. I'd miss this forum. C U

This time it didn't favor us since the start of the game til the halftime.

Wish the Rockets all together and would turn it around in the 2nd half.Just pray.

I agree with that, in part, but the problem I have with that argument now is the Lakers came out strong in the second half of game 6 and brought it to within two. It was anybody's game at that point. They were playing better defense and with better focus and intensity, and the Rocket's still gutted out a win.

All I'm asking is for the media to give the Rockets as much credit as they have given the Lakers. This game so far isn't all about the Lakers dominating...it's also about the Rocket's just playing poorly themselves. And that's been true for the past 6 games. This has been a fun series, primarily because the Rockets, against all odds have taken it to 7 games. But not one game has been close because neither team has played at a high level the whole game, every game.
