Both Adelman and Jackson said they'd be less patient in Game 7. If a player isn't producing, if he isn't into it mentally, he'll be out of there.

Adelman said he played Game 6 pretty much the same way. When Von Wafer had a couple of lapses on the defensive end, he was on the bench. He didn't play the second half.

the start of the game will be very important for the rockets, also the entire second half! so basically the whole dam game! We can win but this game wont be easy at all, with the whole world against you you have to be strong, play smart and keep your cool.......also keep Gaysol n Odum off the offensive glass, and try to keep kobe somewhat contained. Lets go Rockets!!!!!!!

This Rocket team reminds me a lot like 99' Knicks team, that went all the way to the finals. Not only the knicks were an 8th seeded team but they lost guys like Ewing to injuries. I see a lot of similarity in the way they compete and defend.
In other words, we're going to the finals!!!!! :p

Another 5 hours and 45 minutes to go... which means 5.30am here in Sydney. So, should I go to bed or what? Or should I just stay up all night and "chuck a sickie"?

    Go Rockets! Let's do it!

I wouldn't be surprised that Rockets keep their composure, while Lakers melt under the pressure. Kobe tries to do everything on his own. Sashe tries even harder with with fake thug acts to sabotage the game.

    Beat LA!

    This is it!

The Rockets, to a man, are the personification of all that is right in professional sports. Beacons of the human spirit, the Rockets have overcome adversity, long odds, and losses to show grit, mettle, teamwork, and humility unlike anything I've ever seen. The Lakers are everything the Rockets are not--arrogant, entitled, selfish, and intrinsically soft. They know nothing of struggle or sacrifice. This team plays for headlines, write-ups, and shoe deals rather than for each other. Tonight it all ends for the Lakers, and at long last, they will abandon their dismissive view of the Rockets and acknowledge the cold, hard fact they were beaten by a team that was greater than the sum of its parts.

Tonight, friends, the good guys fight like Comanches to victory yet again, as cosmic justice is finally served. GO ROCKETS!!!!

Well, you can predict the NBA will do anything to protect kobe-James Final. So, to me it's not the surprise to see Crawford there. He was like NBA Body guard. No matter what, i hope Rockets and fans enjoy the game, we desverd !

It's time to shed blood because there's no way the refs are going to let us win. Guess that means we have to take the game ourselves and start a brawl that makes the one @ The Palace look like ****. ALL OUT WAR !!!

This is it! It is this Rockets that will pull the biggest upset in sports in my opinion! Better than what Detroit did to Laker few years before! Better than Red Sox comeback from 0-3 to Yankees! Better than Buster Douglas winning against Mike Tyson! Many would argue that it would not be the biggest upset but we are the biggest UNDERDOGS if you compare us with other great sports upsets. We have the chance to beat the predicted champions without our two superstars. UNTHINKABLE!

But you know what! Whatever happens to Game 7, I am mighty proud of this team!

Either way, this has been a wonderful playoff for us. It's going to add a lot to who we are a team next year. Just as some teams can lay claim to run&gun, lockdown defense, being a physical team, showtime, badboys, etc... the Rockets have found something to hang their hat on - TEAM. From now on, we get players and pieces that fit into our tough, team first mentality. We make others fit in with us and we make other teams play OUR way. From now on, with this team, we impose OUR will on other teams.

But I love what you wrote and agree completely. It's made sports fun to watch when you see guys hanging out, laughing, hugging, teasing each other, etc...it's been FUN FUN to watch the Houston Rockets this year!

Bravo to Daryl Morey and Rick Adelman - they're doing the right things. If it ends tonight, the anticipation for next year begins Monday morning!
