OP, why is game 5 considered a real win and game 4 a fluke? if we beat them this series will that be a fluke too? admittedly i was pleasantly surprised to see that we won game 4 but when i found out that it was a blowout and we just blew the lead in the 4th.. i really started to believe we could push this thing to 7 games or win it. we blew them out on our home floor and they blew us out on their home floor. when farmar is hitting clutch 3s with a hand in his face then there aint nothing else to do but try to keep the loss respectable which is hard to do when both of your offensive weapons are not even playing.
I think I can almost agree with that, if we do somehow or someway get past the Lakers. We're probably not going to beat Denver, because the exact places we have weaknesses at are in reverse some of Denver's strongest qualities. They've got great scorers off the bench (Smith and Kleiza), good versatile big men (Nene, Martin, and Birdman), go to scorer (Melo), and a big, clutch point guard (Billups). I think Artest and Battier could handle some of their scorers, but Billups would eat Brooks alive. It's one of those odd series where would need Yao Ming to win, like this one.
James Worthy would have to agree with you altogether. Link-->http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuLN4NkFuHE&feature=channel
I need to wake up, no way this series is 3-3. We didn't earn these wins, and I should wake up before I miss the Kobes vs the Lebrons
I had a feeling this thread might come back to haunt RiceDaddy. Oh well, I am glad he provided the requisite reverse-jinx. On that note, the Rockets have NO chance of winning in LA on Sunday!
