They can't turnover the ball...JVG just nailed it!!

Look at all the games they lost to the Lakers, what do those games have in common?? That's right....silly turnovers hurt them and change the momentum of the game. EVEN in game #5 where they got blew out by the Lakers..., they were up by something like 8pts in the 1st quarter?? Then, they start making silly turnovers and just piling it up and that's what give the Lakers momentum. If they don't turnover...i think we have a good chance of shocking them since we play great D!!

    Thanks, Captain Obvious.

I think there's some kittens in the city you need to save.

Alright, it's confirmed. Yao4Real is Clyde Drexler. Captain of the obvious.

Hit 40%+ on 3s. Attack. Stand our ground. Wait for the Fakers to blink.

PROTIP: The team with more points at the end of the game will win.

This is a team of shooters now. We have to shoot a good percentage to win. At least above 45.

If we want to win game 7, we have to hope to God Bynum does not show up in the low post against Scola. If Scola can control the low post, I'm feeling good.

Aaron Brooks has to be hitting his shots. When he's on, he's on, and we're great. When he's not on, we're terrible as a team.

And last but not least, we have to smother them with defense. Battier has to be his good ole defensive self. He's got to get in Kobe's head.

The first five minutes of the game will be key on Sunday. If we come out hot, I like our chances. If we come out slow and looking malaise, we're done.

    TOs are inevitable.....

They had Yao all season long and suddenly everything is changed ...

Adelman is coaching a whole new team right now.

The players are doing the best they can.

    cheer up.

    This team is great tonight!
Very proud of the whole team!

But, to be honest, the key to win game 7 is that Lakers continue playing badly and rockets remain in superb form. No denying that Lakers will win only if they perform normally.

The purpose of this thread is not to be obvious. The purpose is to remind the Rockets don't turnover the ball (especially not even force turnovers) because it's a huge HUGE key to their success...imo.

    Turnovers & Rebounds

The more shots they are able to get(less turnovers), and the less opportunities they give to the Lakers(offensive rebounds) the better chance they have at winning.
