She's pretty bad. Not just Rockets games either, I've seen some terrible calls from her in a bunch of other games too. Naturally, it's easier to remember her because she is the only female....maybe that is why she stands out more.
i believe so. the ref who didn't call that foul against mavs and past playoff lakers and spurs where brent didn't get a call while shooting a trey and got fouled. this ref was right in front of the players when this happened. well, at least he's consistent. i hope he does it in favor of rockets tonight.
If you want to go purely on conspiracy, there would be no way David Stern would let The Rockets play The Nuggets. WITH Yao Ming they would get run out of the building and without him they don't have enough star power to draw good ratings. On the other hand... You have a Nuggets/Lakers matchup with Kobe Bryant returning to the scene of the controversy in Colorado. That will be the biggest thing talked about to begin that series. I can guarantee you that someone for ESPN is already working on the Video Montage for that. Also, it's an opportunity to make "Melo" look like a superstar while everyone is looking. On the other side, you also need to have Lebron go through The Mighty Celtics to be taken seriously as a legit threat to win it all. It makes little sense to have The Magic play The Cavs. I still see The Lakers vs The Cavs this year in the Finals.
You either love to capitalize random words or have never been so school, either way your writing just bugs the hell out of me.
It's ridiculous we have to worry about which ref's we get. I think there should be referee stats: someone reviews each game, someone who knows all the rules, then he compares each call with whether or not it was correct. Of course there would be some hard ones, like calls that could go both ways, but i think refs should fall under some sort of quota for correct calls or they have to go back to college or ref school or nba 2k9, however they learn how to ref.
