Beyond a yahoo or a Google Toolbar for searching
are there any others that have proven useful to you

    as a tech . . i remote into folx's computers
    and they have 5+ toolbars
most of which are redundant at best . . .complete crap at worse

    Toolbars are useless.

Well, does StumbleUpon count as a toolbar? If so, then that's the only one.

    Other than that... crap!

Firefox has a 'webdeveloper's' toolbar that is quite useful, if you're so inclined.

Since all of the browsers have search toolbars built in I haven't seen a use in a 3rd party toolbar. I used the ebay toolbar at one point but it was crummy so I dropped it.
