hold a anti yao demonstration in the city. this sure will be pick up by the tv and become big news. and there is a big chance these chinese will see it in china. and they will against sending yao to houston, thus block any chance of houston draft yao.

You know what would be a neat trick? Try to hold an anti-Yao demonstration in LA or Seattle! It would be like a little experiment....You can test a hypothesis on HOW BIG the coverage will be for an anti-yao demonstration in a city that has no realistic chance to get him....Meanwhile, we don't have to deal with your ignorant antics in houston....It's a win-win situation.

I don't want Yao Ming, but I would never go that far...

If CD and Rudy T. choose him, then I will trust their decision.

Well I think you would find very little turnout at your Anti-Ming rally. Very few people are passionate enough to really demonstrate about world affairs, I think even fewer would be willign to demonstrate against 21 year old Yao Ming.

    Good luck.

Why do u hate the guy anyway? I can understand you dont believe Yao Ming is the answer to our problems. I can also understand you dont want us to use the #1 pick on him. But there must be something more to make you become a 'ming hater'. What has driven you to hate this guy who you have never met before. Can you share?

We yao ming haters suicide ourselves to let Rockets know "Yao Ming lives one day in Houston, Every Yao Ming Hater doesn't want to live."
I believe Rockets club will be shocked by this.
    How about it, watchman?
Let's go, I'm the first, You, next, Okey?

Funny thing is that you have no possibility to influence whom the Rockets draft ... feels good, right? ... :)

This is pathetic guys. Before the draft lottery was held there were no such thing as Ming haters. If the Rockets did'nt win the lottery you guys would'nt be bi*ching all the time on who you want for the #1. Ok we already got our wish when we got the number 1. Why push our luck and be picky? You people should just be happy that there will be somewhat of a major change in the Rockets record next year with whoever we pick. Even if we trade the pick, I trust in Carrol and Rudy to make a fair choice. And think of it this way. With all the injuries the Rockets went through a painful and dissapointing season. But all was not lost, for there was mercy and something exciting happend. In my opinion though we have great players in each position except for the 5. And with Ming we could solve the peice to the puzzle. But whoever's name we see in next years roster is fine by me. And when all you Ming hater's hear Bill Worell and Calvin Murphy on UPN talking about how great a choice was for the Rockets next year. Remember me.

Dude....Protest something more significant....It is just not that important that it deserves a protest rally, site or letter campaign. I know this year's pick is huge for us, but let's be real.

I know it is your right to do so, but use it in a more value-add way. choose something life changing. choose something passionate related to human life....

Here are some ideas for your desire to protest:

    -Armegeddon in SE Asia
-Nuclear proliferation by 3rd World countries
    -Pakistan's involvement in Kashmir
    -India's involvement in Kashmir
    -Yassar Arafat
    -Israel's occupation
    -Bush's environmental policies
    -Al Queda
    -Our Middle Eastern policies
-Democrats use of the economy to win future elections
    -Fur coats
    -Whaling in Alaska
    -Land clearing in Washington state

I believe they wouldn't care. Why? Because if you care that much, then maybe you should change allegiances to another team.

It's racism all over again and there really needs to be no part of it in basketball discussions. If you don't like Ming, fine, but keep your antics to yourself please.

I'm sure your parents have more important things to do than taking you to a demonstration.
