Now how many teams have a chance to say that?!!

    Adjustments we gotta make,

    1) Sit out Brian Cook, play Carl Landry on Gasol
    2) Brooks/Lowry has to be the go to guys, and attack the basket
    3) Artest/Lowry cannot be allowed to take shots beyond 6 feet.. ever!
    4) Play Chuck Hayes till he fouls out.. no resting him!
    5) Brent Barry and Shane Battier are the only 2 players allowed to take 3 point shots.
    6) Use up all timeouts whenever Lakers make a run, anything to disrupt their rhythm.

This could be the last game of the year, we need to pull out all the stops!

very true with the lottery part....its like taking kobe and gasol of the lakers and expect them to be great lol

but all that put aside...we have tomorrows game...nobody expects much from us..everyone thinks were going to lose judging from the way the lakers played last night...but no one knows what lakers team will come out tomorrow and no one knows what rockets team will be on the court tomorrow...

tomorrow will be the first game in the post season where we are faced with a win or go home situation...i just wanna see the rockets compete hard (which they always do) and CUT THE TURNOVERS!!! if the rockets have less than 10 turnovers, we have a big chance to win the game

and hopefully the jump shots are falling in cuz thats what were going to live an die on....

    GO ROCKETS!!!!!

You are not giving Lowry enough credit.

    Agree.

Kyle can make the long jumpers when he's in rythym and his feet are set.

He can make the 3 when he's open and catches the ball in rythym.

Brooks doesn't not give the ball to Artest unless he is posting up

Stop taking too many threes need to attack the rim all night long tomorrow. Leave everything on the floor. I want another blowout if possible. Take the Lakers to game 7 that would awesome. Even if the Lakers get past the Rockets they have been in a war with major dinks in their armor. GO ROCKETS!!!

I hope the team does this, Artest should not be allowed to take 3's tomorrow. Ron should be posting up all game long. This could be the series changer if Ron can just post up and have the PF and C out of the paint allowing Ron to post up Ariza.

If Ron is open, he can take shoot outside the arc. He should not let ball stop in his hand.
We have done well with what we have. I hope they can go further.
    Go, Rockets!

People need to differentiate between Ron taking long jumpers and Ron taking off-the-dribble long jumpers. It's two completely different universes. When he is squared up, with his feet set and unguarded, he is one of the best shooters in the league. Look no further than him shooting 40% from beyond the arc this year despite bad shot selection.

I do agree that he has to stop trying to be Tracy McGrady in regards to nailing 20-footers off the dribble.

3's will be the key. If anyone's seen the Gladwell/Simmons bit over on ESPN.com, it takes an unconventional strategy to overcome these challenges.

I expect a launchfest tomorrow night. As long as the Rockets make at least 33% of their threes and take care of the ball, we can keep it close height disadvantage and whatnot.
