Yao Ming Picked to the All-NBA Second Team

I think we should try and sign all the 2nd teamers to a $9 million contract like some posters have been advocating that is the value of Yao...

I think the 2nd team could totally challenge the 1st team, especially with Duncan and Yao. They'd overwhelm Dwight Howard, since Nowitzki is such a non-factor on defense.

I also think 3rd team could give 1st team, some trouble with Shaq and Gasol on the front line. Although, they'd be undersized in the back court.

 

With the injury condition/history of 2nd team players, 2nd team will be crushed since both Tim and Yao won't last for a seven-game series.

 

yao is the best offensive center in the game, howard is better defensive player.

 

Hmmmm, I guess all the other centers in the league are wrong...they think Yao is the best center in the League. What do players know...sportswriters always know better.

 

And we will still have 20M to sign 4 players from the 3rd team.

Why there are so many teams like Mavs or Knicks spending 70M+ to sign the scrubs after scrubs, they should hire some posters here as their GMs.

Duncan deserves 1st team as a Center, slide everyone down and put CP3 in there and put Dirk on 2nd team

 

Hahaha. 2nd Team can beat the 1st Team. While the 3rd Team can beat the 2nd Team. Its a good list though. Hard 2 argue for either selection.

 

I thought we've established the fact that Yao is not great, just very good. Yao is no Dream and no Shaq. Look who's actually comparing him to Dream, every now and then?

1) DWill actually IS the 2nd best pg in the NBA (I even think he is better than Paul)

2) Duncan does not deserve 1st team this year. He has been banged up.

 

I feel Deron and CP3 are equally good PG's and have their own respective strengths.

Yao Ming is still the best center in the league. Howard has had the better season, but one season does not make a player better.

For those of you who have been fans since the Clutch City years. You would know that David Robinson was named All-NBA 1st Team the year he won MVP in 1995. Hakeem was still the best center in the NBA in my opinion and he proved that in the playoffs.

 

IMO Al Jefferson is better in offense and defense than Yao.
