Man, Yao is clogging up the pain tonight and his turnovers. His defense is killing us. The guy is slow. Adelman should bench him.

Without Yao, we cant beat Portland this year.
Really dont understand why those guys say we're better without Yao.

Just justify from game 4 vs LA,
So what about game 5, we 're better without Yao?
    AB is better than Yao?
Now i understand why so many Yao fans support him for 2010 decision.

If others were overreacting to game 4, surely you're overreacting to less than half of game 5 in a similar manner?

We woulda lost with or without Yao. But, we'd have more of a chance with Yao.

This is probably the best post in this thread. I didn't bother reading most pages. Because this is a knee jerk reaction.

OP fails to make it simple.

Team doesn't force feed Yao. Being too afraid to make the pass and then shooting a terrible shot or making an even worse pass than the initial one to Yao does not equal force feeding Yao.

The team is much better at least attempting to give Yao the ball because if he actually gets it, the team will most likely score, versus not even attempting it and going 1 against 5. Somehow Yao not getting the ball is Yao's problem on this board.

Yao has had problem catching ball forever. His teammates change, his coaches changing, but he can't get the ball.

However I really wish we had him, because he alters a lot of shots and he plays good d in the post.

He doesn't seem to be only one on this team that has problem catching passes. This team just has poor receivers on it, look at all the turnovers committed. This team just has trouble handling the ball, anyway.

It's not Yao has trouble catching the ball. It's the defense by other teams changed.

Through out Yao's career, defense goes: single coverage to push him outside -- double team more in 4th quarter --- double team whenever he catches the ball -- front in 4th quarter --- front from beginning with one and half defenders on him without the ball.

Nobody gets defended like Yao in NBA. Teams just concede open shots to Scloa and more offensive rebounds to Rockets nowadays, dare Rockets to make they pay.

Watch Hayes got left open by Bynum, you know how much impact Yao had even when he didn't have the ball.
