This was the first remotely entertaining Cavs playoff game.

The next round should be pretty competitive, I'm looking forward to it.

Oh please. JB is one of the worst analysts out there. The Hawks had about a 2% of winning this series and everybody knew it. Correctly guessing the difference between a sweep or 5,6,7 games really isn't all that difficult.

He's referring to the fact that after JB predicted a sweep, Mike Woodson got his panties in a bunch and acted like he personally offended him. Turns out, JB was right.

Please, like Phil Jackson said, give them the ****ing credit.
Do you guys think the Rockets and even the lakers can sweep the Hawks like the Cavs do?

Cavs are damn good. Lebron is the best on the planet. I don't see anyone beating the Cavs. Give them the trophy.

QFT. And they will emerge from the East with fresh legs. After seeing the Lakers in game 4 of our series... I don't see them winning a title even if they do escape us. There's just something wrong with their spirit.

Outside of Mo, those other guys are pretty much scrubs. They may appear deadly to you & thats because of James' playmaking ability, not their basketball ability. He makes his scrub teammates appear "deadly", this is why I give Lebron the nod over Kobe as the best player on the planet.

Right but I don't blame Woodson for being somewhat offended by Barry's smug and dismissive attitude towards the Hawks. If the Hawks were healthy this would have went six games rather than being the "worst seven game series ever". And again, it's not like Barry went out on a limb or anything predicting the sweep. Compound that with the fact that Barry is one of the worst analysts out there and you'll see why I laughed at somebody giving him props for getting something right.

I was not referring to them being deadly . I was referring to the dynamics of the lineup being deadly.

You have shooters at all points on the floor.

Double and they will burn you.

Play King 1on1 and your asking for trouble.

It also helps that mo and west are combo guards so at anypoint they can play off the ball.

Their roster is very well put together. The sum is greater than the individual pieces because their chemistry on both ends of the floor is superb. Two other things really take the Cavs offense to another level: (1) Having 3 starters who can play the point part-time (based on defensive matchups). (2) The fact Mo Williams and Delonte West also like to slash instead of settling for jumpers all the time.

    Yep ...good post.

Does anyone know what the Gone Fishin' pic for the Hawks looked like? Does anyone have a jpeg of it?
