There's not a rational bone in my body that believed the Rockets had a legitimate chance to take the series against LA without Yao Ming going into Game 4, but not since the battle of "Come and Take It" has a band of Texas brothers stood together against impossible odds and told their would be vanquishers to shove it. Note for our non-Texan friends: the Alamo doesn't apply here because Texas lost that one. Note for the Texans: the Battle of San Jacinto doesn't apply either because that wasn't so much "against impossible odds" as it was "like shooting fish in a barrel". Another note for the Texans: I guess you could also include Goliad, but only if the Lakers play the part of the Texans, and Phil Jackson is General Fannin. At that point the whole analogy breaks down, and not only do you end up with 500 slaughtered soldiers, but you have a lot of confused ClutchFans.
Can't really say come and get it when the series is tied. It's not as if the Lakers are coming to town to win a game. Would work better for game 6.
Well, Game 5 is theirs to win. Just like GM 3 was ours. Hopefully, we can come back to H-Town with the series lead.
I was thinking for the Chinese posters we could liken this game to the Battle of Red Cliffs, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Red_Cliffs With Adelman as the genius strategist Zhuge Liang
