I like how some of them are only disappointed and not ashamed... Considering we beat them so bad without 2 super stars in the mix....
The best part of it was when Magic said "The Lakers are suSSposed to win" Instead of supposed Classic.
I understand what they are feeling now but come on! Give us a LITTLE credit? All this 'they got lucky' crap and the 'half our roster can't make any other NBA roster' nonsense is just showing how childish some Laker fans are. i mean seriously, you go into the 2nd round saying you'll win 4-0 and that we as fans have no right to even HOPE our team wins and now its 2-2 with our big fella gone and all they can say is 'they got lucky'? I've been reading alot on the Realgm discussion boards and the totaly disrespect we get there from lakers fans is just disgusting. Why can't they man up and say 'Hey, we lost to a team we should've beaten, but they played a damn good game also'? This is why all other basketball fans hate the lakers. Their fanbase is just as classless as its players.
Dude has close to a Billion dollar business empire, I'd rather have HIV and his problems. Magic Johnson is almost as bad as Charles Barkley with the English language but that's alright they're not college professors, they're just trying to get us to be to entertained.
i love seeing the lakers squirm, i love how kobe...err i mean "lakers" fans are ashamed in their cocky "we already won the championship" team" i love the rockets exposing how soft the lakers are, i love this team showing its not always about talent, but its about heart, i love hard-working guys like shane battier persevere over cocky dirty douche-bag like kobe bryant and derek fisher i love the rockets
I love the "Mother's Day Massacre" remark. It referenced the St. Valentine Day Massacre. They know who masterminded the dastardly deed, but they never have figured out how or who actually pulled it off. Maybe the Lakers will still be trying to figure that out while we're playing the Nuggets in the WCF! That OK with you Nuggets4?
If the Rockets don't or can't resign Artest, the Lakers would be a very intriguing situation for him. They could use his toughness, and don't doubt that he a Kobe could kiss and make up. A desire to win a ring can heal a lot of wounds and soothe a lot of egos.
If it's the real Lamar Odom, he's saying that they'll win games 5 and 6. http://forums.lakersground.net/viewtopic.php?t=86933
I don't understand why ESPN would have a part owner of a team on their show who is openly rooting for that team. Not to mention that the guy butchers the English language. It's ridiculous.
