I hate the Mavericks, but they got jobbed. Referees suck in the NBA. Any chance this gets replayed from the final 6 seconds? Probably not, but oh well karma for Cuban making the refs call illegal screens on Yao in 2005

The irony of the game having that many free throws but them missing the obvious intentional foul at the end of the game.

Nobody, he was trying to plead the mavericks case on that call. If he was trying to fight somebody it was some ref probably. Kenyon Martin was saying something to him though.

first they whine wade got too many calls in the finals, now they are upset the refs DIDN'T call a foul.... LOL @ the irony

Yeah when I saw the highlights I looked closely and he was yelling at the refs. Kenyon Martin was just telling him to calm down which is easy to day considering his team just won.

 

Kind of reminds me of the missed out of bounds call with Finley.

Calling that many combined fouls favors the home team. The refs must of forgot their game plan.

 

Holy ****ing cow. I know it's been mentioned, but how is this even possible? 89 free throws and 61 personal fouls? How long did this game last?

 

i like the way you like to criticize the nba for officiating but you will be the first one to defend steroids in baseball

its the hardest game to officiate, relax

 

Well if humans can't make the right calls, perhaps these guys can.

 

the only reason you can argue that call should have been made is because they were expected to foul dallas. other than that, it should have been a harder foul.

 

I can't believe so many people are upset about this play. Wright screwed up. He was not trying to commit an "intentional foul" he was going for the ball.

He went for a steal and committed a touch foul which is never ever ever going to get called in a million years in a close game in the second round of the playoffs...and he knew it. Then, he puts his arms up in the air...which is pretty much the symbol for 'i don't want to get called for this foul'.

If he really was trying to intentionally foul melo, he would have wrapped him up. Instead he swiped at the ball and backed away because he thought melo was off balance and there was no way he could get a good shot off...and the last thing he wanted to do was foul him while in the act of shooting.

 

i have NEVER EVER NEVER defended steroids in baseball. ever. never. stop it.

but since the mavs were up 2, why would they take a foul?
