Ming: No rest? No Problem!

    I think it's great that Ming will be playing in China and various international competitions during the off-season. That way, his body never gets a chance to rest. I'm sure that he will be totally unlike every other 7-foot center that has played the game of basketball, and will thrive in this situation.

    Maybe if we're really lucky, his coaches in China will provide him with completely different offensive/defensive sets to learn during the off-season. Accompanied by different rules for international play, this should ne just the preparation he needs to assure a speedy and successful transition into the NBA.

    We could always hire a Chinese asst. coach to design the Rocket's plays. It's not like anyone else is doing it.

    He tore up the Chinese competition correct? Just think what he will do to them after 5 yrs in the NBA!!!

    What worries me is all the extra playing time means extra chances to get hurt.
