It seems that Yao got a cramp in his leg during the third quarter, maybe that's why he missed the easy dunk

Actually we didn't. Is he supposed to only play 20 mins a game? Fine, they reduce his salary by half

When they first said he was limping I said the limp didn't even look noticeable.

But by the end of the game it was very noticeable.

we won't hear anything tonight that's significant. If he's walking and running on it it's probably not a bone issue, which is all they can see on an xray, which is probably the only thing they have available at the TC, if anything.

He'll probably need an MRI in the morning and we'll here a definite answer sometime tomorrow

Run on a bone bruise (the noticeable one on his knee from game 1) that has been irritated, and then see how uncomfortable it becomes.

On that double team from Farmar, you can clearly see him get hit right on the bruise, thats damn painful.

Wouldnt suprise me if he has cartlidge damage, if thats the case, it will just show up on an MRI as inflation but will usually be looked over until you get a week or so for any interior swelling to go down that wont show up.

By the way he is being bothered when that bruise gets hit, its either a very deep bone issue or cartlidge, but as long as it isnt a ligament/graphe issue from previous knee sugeries, i'de be happy.

All of you hatin' on Yao, you'll really get to see us get pounded if he's not there for the next game.

Yao stopped Pau at 13 points tonight, that's pretty damn nice.

Nah, i think since it was the ankle Jones would have had to take off Yao's shoes, socks, and tape, if he had any, so Yao wouldn't be able to go back in the game quickly because he's have all that off.

I still dont think that bruise is actually on his knee, it's below it, so i wouldnt worry too much about cartilage. But his limp looked like he was protecting his ankle and apparently that's what Adelman said it was, so we should probably stop thinking it's the knee.

Now that I look at the game pics better, I see it isnt quite his knee, but isnt that almost exactly where he had the break in his leg a couple years ago?

That knee briuse looks deeply dark, indicating it is not a fresh injury. This could very likely the result of Game's collision with K0be. The LA Times reporter saying Yao faked his injury was really idiotic and malicious.
