And imagine this scenario... What if the Rockets had a starting PG that was worth a damn? Picture a SMART PG... What if we had Nash? Or Jason Kidd? A vet who didn't care about shooting. He cared about assists. Imagine what this team would be even without T-Mac if we had a PG with an IQ of about 70. Ahhhh....
I think we should make a push for nash. I like brooks alot, I think he will develop into a near allstar... but we need a veteran pg right now that can manage the offense. Blunders and stupid mistakes are killing us this series.
no way. Look what the mavs did with Kidd.... It didn't work out. Sure they make the playoffs, but so do we. People need to realize it takes time to develop a point guard. Give Brooks/Lowry time. Brooks is a rookie starter.
How about we picture ourselves finishing this game and possibly winning and hell if we don't we still have some more games left to play. This forum can be so weird.
To me, it's a reflection of our coach not being flexible enough. When Fish is in the court, AB0 is a mismatch to our advantage. But when their young pgs are there, Lowry should be getting most the minutes.
Or you could just open your eyes and realize the pg isn't the problem and we have 20 million bucks in street clothes, a center with the upper body strength of my grandma, and no back up center.
Well Portland Trailblazers' fans dream of that as well, in fact most teams dream of a smart starting PG but there aren't many such PG in the league now!
Brooks suck compare to Lowry. No D and not strong enough to drive in and make contact and not smart. They should start Lowry. He's so competitive.
