[Official] Fisher suspended Game 3, Kobe gets just a flagrant

The dumbest thing of all is that they actually called a foul on Artest. Completely absurd.

 

kobe is dirty to throw the elbow on throat of Ron intentionally. Kobe should be banned!

 

I didn't hear Phil Jackson got any penalty. He said something in the game about the referees. He should be fined.

 

Did Crawford get any penalty for poor control of the game. He should remove from refereeing any playoffs game.

 

He should not ref a playoff game again I mean.

the thing with fisher is that he could miss every shot for 3 quarters and then hit one important momentum changing shot in the 4th. I don't see the other no name guards doing that.

 

We know exactly what Ron Artest is. We don't pretend that he's a saint or that he's the next MJ. We know he has a couple of screws loose, but so far, as a Rocket, he has been great. He has certainly shown a lot more composure than Kobe has this series, and he hasn't raped anybody.

And about Artest "pushing and elbowing Kobe in the HEAD"- please, spare me. That is complete BS. If he was elbowing Kobe in the head, he would have gotten suspended. Maybe you're right in that he committed a loose ball foul. Fine, so what? Does that mean Kobe can try to elbow him in the neck?

It's Kobe who has been dirty this series. We haven't even talked about him shoving Battier, which should have been a flagrant.

 

We need to some how get into Kobe's head and get him a a Techincal for tomorrow so he can get suspended for game 4.. lol

The elbow was intentional. It does not matter if it made contact or not. The intent was to hurt someone. Luckily it wasn't anyone other than artest. Someone like AB might have been hurt since he's short enough where that elbow probably would have caught him in the eye or something.

There's no point debating with Faker fans. They see what they want to see, even when the evidence is right in front of them. That's what happens when you bandwagon from team to team (these are the same kids who were fans of MJ in the 90s, if they were alive then). Faker fans are clearly the most delusional group in sports at the moment, although this may change when LeBron/Wade come to the Knicks in a few years (it'll be the same fans, though, since therapist24 will be done by then).

fisher got suspended didnt mean we can win the 3rd game easily, they still have dirty bryant.

 

I see Kobe's elbow make contact and then lower, possibly making contact a 2nd time. I think a lot of people don't think he makes contact until after they see the arm drop a bit. As it is, I think it's borderline. Like he gets hit right where the neck meets the torso.

The still shows it perfectly. He makes contact above the cut of the jersey but it's debatable about whether it's actually above the shoulders.

 

What's clear as day is that Kobe winds up and swings out of frustration. He does this constantly (the NBA actually suspended him twice for it, so you KNOW it was out of control since Stern essentially fellates him most of the time). Kobe would have to literally rape someone to get suspended in the playoffs though. Oh wait, he did that and wasn't suspended, so IDK.

 

Bottom line is, Kobe's elbow was *NOT* a basketball move. There is no way it can be justified as a move.

Those arguing saying Ron is elbowing Kobe first are seeing a basketball move. There is no malice behind the move other than to keep him from getting the rebound.

What exactly was Kobe trying to accomplish with that elbow? Where in any universe, alternate or otherwise, is Kobe's elbow a basketball move?
