If you take the taunting foul on Battier and double technical that was assesed on RON Artest and Kobe- since upgraded to a flagrant-1- how come Kobe was not ejected!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let by-gones be by-gones, that game is over and the league has already made its ruling. Now its time to prepare mentally and physically for Game 3 in OUR house.

It wasn't a double technical on Kobe and Artest.

Kobe didn't get a tech with Ron.. He only threw an elbow, nothing to warrant a foul, esp a tech..

Kobe could of pulled out a knife and stabbed Artest and the league wouldn't of done anything and Artest would of been ejected for letting blood fall on the court.

Can we put these threads to rest now? Seriously. But to answer your question, there was no double technical on Artest and Kobe from their altercation. Artest was the only one who received a technical foul. The referees did not see the elbow, so they didn't call the foul on Kobe and called it on Artest, instead. It was after the fact that the league reviewed the play and determined that Kobe should be assessed a Flagrant one foul.

    Hey my northern dude!

I'll be in Burnie for the game.

Make sure you, like me, are watching the game somewhere in Lonny
and smashing on Kobe through our TV's.

We CAN make a difference. :)

without a time machine, the refs are unable to go back and reassess the flagrant foul which would have affected the rest of the game accordingly.

    thats pretty much it.

There wasn't a double technical on Ron and Kobe. Only Ron was called for a T. He got one technical and was then ejected. At that point, Kobe had zero. The technical foul Kobe got for taunting was the only one he received.
