    1. The lakers' game plan aginst the rockets focused on Yao. When Yao was out, they didn't know how to do!

    Yao only played 10 mins with 2 pts and the ROX are tied with the Lakers. Wow! :eek: We are shining on the big stage. We gettin' respect now :D

    For 2nd half, I don't think Yao should guard Gasol anymore. Last game he did a good job guard their centers, Gasol is too fast for a slowmo like Yao.

    The key for the 2nd half is gonna be rebounds. Laker so far stay as a jumpshot team, they knockdown a bunch of them, but also missed a bunch of them. Grab rebounds, no layups, no fastbreaks, this is very winnable for Rockets.

    After jumping out to that quick big lead in the first quarter, the Lakers starters were visibly getting tired. Hayes is beating on Gasol and Bryant's jump shots are starting to fall a little short. Meanwhile, Yao is fresh because of his foul troubles in the first half.

    Most importantly, this team believes they can win this game. You can see it.

    hey, I think he had some good points! if we beat lakers, we could very likely make it to the finals. We are not afraid of nuggets, who seem to be winning against mavs, and we can totally beat magics and cavs. We hammered both of them in the regular season.

    Immediately after trading Rafer, Chuck said the Rockets are done and they're happy with whatever win they get in the regular-season.

    Now he's saying they're a championship-caliber team? :eek:

    yea the 3 fouls on Yao might have been a blessin' in disguise.

    they can't contain the 2nd unit with the strategy focused on containing yao.
