If somebody sold a ticket for 24 bucks they must be stupid.

Lowest I've seen was just above face, which was about 60 bucks.

Needless to say that went in about 2 seconds. :(

How much were you able to get for your tickets?

I can't believe people at b!tching about these tickets not being for sold at face value. What a joke!

4 times what I paid for them as a STH.

About 2 times what the Rockets charged for non-STH or extra STH tickets...

I agree with the markups, its ok, it costs more when things move forward. Thats the cost of getting out of round 1, and thats worth it! I'm just glad I got hooked up with 2 tickets for free. :)

I got 2 tickets from work for free, I think thats a pretty good deal for section 114.

:D (brags because I am a college kid who makes less than most of you pay for your season tickets!)

i agree with some others. this mentality just baffles me. i know everyone is different. but for me, even if i could make $100/game, i would never sell them. i'm a fan. i buy season tickets and i go to the games myself. i don't think $100 could ever buy me over from my seats and going to the games.

    who's with me?!?! :D

ok, maybe $1000 per game, but def not $100.

Are you a season ticket holder? Did you also know that I have purchased additional tickets for these games as well as many others this year and postseason and then selling a pair of those additional tickets, I was able to "pay for" a set to use myself?

i'll admit, i'm selling a few to pay for my season tickets next year.

the thing is, i don't want to charge market price to people here, who i know are actual fans.

It's just one of those unspoken rules of the board, I assumed.

The only time I've charged over is when I rounded up to a price.

I actually sold a game six ticket for reeeeeeeal cheap when it could have gone for more.

i don't get it...you bought extras to sell and make a profit to pay for season tickets for next year...if you are selling them at face value to people on Clutchfans, then how are you making money to help you pay for season tickets??...so you buy tickets, then sell them at face value here?...i understand doing that in the regular season because I do that for alot of my games but in the playoffs when you can make money, you do it...thats my opinion...a little discount for members yes...but NOT FACE value...not even close...

I believe you just repeated yourself by somehow using a whole new set of words, pretty impressive.

But what Kam does (from what I actually read) was sell his tickets that he will not use, but at face value here on CF.net

Then he buys a completely different set of tickets and sells them through marketplaces at a profit in order to make money.

Therefore he still makes his dime, but doesnt try to exploit CF's like many of you do.

i do the same, its basically paying half of my season tickets next year

I am in the boat for not selling tickets above face value here on the forums, if it comes down to it, I would sell it face value if its not sold within a few hours before the game (don't hold your breath for game 3 or 4).

I've sold tickets that were given to me for free, I wasn't going to use them cause I had my season ticket, so why not sell it? I sold tim562 2 tickets back in March that was $10 cheaper than face. If I know you or I've got your contact number, I usually contact you if Kam or ryan_98 doesnt make it to a game, at no cost at all.

Yeah, I have always seen you and Kam selling tickets on here, and i dont ever remember any "Scalping" going on, which is very respectable.

You dont know how much it hurts watching these games on TV when we are playing at home. Im only 22 but ive been to at least 1 playoff game every year since 94 when I was 7 years old.

But now that I am recently married and expecting a baby in 2 months (not to mention that me and my wife are both Seniors in college), there is NO WAY she is parting with the money. Believe me, I tried EVERYTHING during the 1st round to get the "go ahead" on buying tickets, all to my dismay.

So all that I ask is everyone with the means and ability to get to the TC during the playoffs, make sure you do, cause you never know when your going to be part of somethin special!
