The only way I ever see that happening is if the Nets start 2009-2010 horribly and suddenly decide they want to shed a ton of money to get in on the 2010 free agent sweepstakes. We could then dump McGrady's contract off to them for Harris and some of their undesirable contracts to make the money work.

Horribly, horribly unlikely though. But it would be sweet. Harris/Artest/Yao...

I'll stick with Brooks/Landry at a $3M if the choice is Bibby at $15M or anything above $9M.

Bibby for $15 mil a year or just his total contract price? No way Bibby would be looking for 15 per year. I'm sure he would love to play for Adelman again even for a discount. I'm sure he recognizes this team is on the cusp of contending for a title, seeing what they were able to do this year without their best player.

In case you haven't realized, we're in Round 2, Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs against the LA Lakers. Tune your television set to TNT to watch the game.

Ugh, the next person to post a thread regarding the offseason should be tarred, feathered, then shot.

    Or at least rookified.

His 28.3% from the three point line suggests he's not better than Bibby FOR THIS TEAM. We already have a mediocre three pt shooter in Lowry, we don't need another one as long as we're playing around Yao.
