Amen. Ariza traveled all over the place. Terrible job by the refs.

I'm very impressed with the Lakers' D. They're playing much harder and smarter than I expected from them, being huge favorites on several days' rest.

I'm sorry....I normally HATE the ref bandwagon.

But so far, this officiating has not only been highly questionable, this seems extremely highly suspicious of home court advantage and of blatant extreme favoritism.

On one end of the court, I see the Rockets being called for every shove or potential thing. On the other end, I see Battier getting a horrible cut and he has to beg the refs just to pay attention.

This is ridiculous. I hope it gets better in the second half, but for sure next game. And even better, I hope we can win this series with all of this horrible officiating - it'll make it that much better.

Is Wafer OK? Very strange to replace him with Barry there; hope he didn't tweak his back again.
