I did a quick search, and did not see this posted anywhere else. Please lock if I missed it somewhere.

Is anyone going to the Official Rockets Viewing Party at House of Blues tonight? I'm thinking the experience would be alot more fun if used as a network to meet other ClutchFans members. If you plan to attend, please post if you are interested in hanging out to watch the game.

Yes we know drinks are expensive, so dont bother reminding us. Doors open at 7 walk over to a nearby bar before hand and get your Happy Hour on for cheaper.

    Go Rockets!

ive never been to the house of blues to watch a game. How do they set it up. Is it one big screen or multiple smaller ones? is there food? is it hard to see the screen? Do a lot of people usually go

I've never been to any viewing parties @ HOB, but historically viewing parties are a bit crowded. I'm sure there will be several TVs, food, drinks, etc....

This probably does not need reiterating, but 5.50 for a can of PBR.

I'm not sure you want to go to the "house of blues" to watch the game.

    I went last time.
It was cool except for a few things.
    1. The seating was bad.. There were probably enough chairs to seat only a 4th of the people there. They have seats up top but I'm not sure what exactly you need to do to sit up there. Someone was talking about you had to have a blue wrist band. IDK
    2. If you are in the back, its really hard to see the big screen. They have smaller TVs around but I'm sure anyone who attends would rather look at the big screens rather than the mini plasmas. (you are screwed if you are in the back, so get there early IMO)
    Parking wasn't a problem.

According to the link, the viewing party is up stairs?

Did anyone go to the viewing party for Game 5 vs. Portland? How was it?

    this
It is up the stairs, but there is another level with more seats above the main ball room(I guess you cab call it that) where you can see the big screen with no problems.
My cousin and I had a blast. We just had to stand up the whole time(which kind of sucked). We attempted to get there early, but we had to wait on our on the cousin to meet us at her house. Over all it was fun.
