It's not luck. His training regimen is legendary, nobody works harder. He does something called a 666 workout in the offseason. 666 stands for 6 hours a day, 6 days a week, 6 months a year. The workouts consist of: 2 hours of running 2 hours of basketball 1 hour of Cardio (boxing, jump rope, etc) 1 hour of Weights He is also blessed with great genetics, his dad played pro ball until he was 50 in the ABA.
Just an FYI: ImmortalKB24 is the biggest Kobe nut-hugger resident of Clutchfans. Anyone who even bothers to scan the NBA Dish from time to time can attest to that. In fact, I think he is a Laker fan just trolling around our forum. That being said, I agree it's classless and annoying to read numerous posts wishing injury on someone. These are real people, and injuries affect not just an outcome of a game or a series, but in fact affect their quality of life as well, which in turn affects their families. No amount of money in the world can replace your health and overall well being. So let's try and be a little mature around here. I know they all seem like a bunch of circus freaks/video game characters, but these players don't cease to exist outside of your XBox or PS3 virtual worlds.
Yao works as hard as Kobe, if not harder! Kobe is a lucky player. Of course, he is a great player too.
This is not a ploy to throw the Rockets off. The Rockets are not even buying it. Everyone knows he will play.
Didn't Bonzi miss a game with the Kings due to sore teeth? I don't know how sensitive he is in the CBA.
Yao is also listed day-to-day as he notices that ~1 billion of his muscle and skeletal cells died yesterday.
