    What an imagination...

After game 6: "I've been in the league 10 years and NEVER complained about the officiating and I am not going to start now". (Laker "win")

After game 2: "Anyone who knows the game knows what was going on. There's only one way to beat Shaq...it starts with a 'C' and ends with a 'T' ". (Laker loss)

Let's not forget about him representing the "working class of America"...

I hate him, but he's absolutely hilarious.

shaq always says crap like this, because he thinks it generates ratings. he was quoted a few years back about how he would always talk smack to create some tension or something to get more people to watch. same thing happened when he called mutumbo a flopper last season. mutumbo clearly was not flopping, and he took exception to that and complained. shaq apologized to him and told him it was about the ratings.

During the last Kings game, NBC ran a short clip with Shaq saying someting to the effect that "each championship is won differently"....that had to be Zen Jackson dropping little pebbles into the cavern and one rolled out.

Is that really complaining about the officiating?

I bet Shaq has complained before, but that is not an example of him doing so.
